Lindsay Ericksen, is a Licensed Master Social Worker, and earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Hunter College.
Much of her work and training has focused on providing trauma-informed therapy services to adolescents, adults, and families.
Her work history includes working at the Institute for Community Living in a residential setting working with addictions and mental illness as well as at New York Foundling providing therapy to high school students and connecting them to other community resources.
Lindsay incorporates evidence-based and trauma-specific approaches into her work including: Trauma Focused-CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. She leads with genuine empathy and compassion with the aim to highlight each individual’s intrinsic worth and to promote healing.
