Megan is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. She previously earned a Master of Education in Psychology from Columbia University, where she focused her research on breaking down systemic barriers to mental health and creating intervention strategies. Megan has a background in corporate leadership and mental health advocacy. She co-founded and successfully led several fintech startups and has experience coaching high-level talent to achieve life-changing results. She is involved in community service, advocating accessible mental health resources and financial literacy for underserved communities.
Megan works with clients to explore personal growth in life's most intimate and complex areas. Her goal is to create a nonjudgmental space built on mutual trust and collaboration. Her approach to supporting clients' needs is empathic and goal-oriented while guiding them as they build resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful connections.
