What is Therapy Tribe?

Therapy Tribe is a vibrant community initiative designed to foster connection, healing, and professional growth among mental health practitioners. Spearheaded by the Center for Intimacy Recovery, Therapy Tribe offers a blend of wellness events, movement-based gatherings, and social experiences that nurture both personal and professional development.

Our mission is to create inclusive spaces where mental health professionals can:

  • Engage in restorative practices that promote well-being.

  • Build authentic connections within a supportive community.

  • Explore and enhance their capacity for intimacy and self-awareness.
