Our Approach
At the Center for Intimacy Recovery our approach to therapy is geared toward creating a safe space of trust and acceptance. Clients often share things with our therapists that they have never discussed with anyone and it is important to us that they feel comfortable enough to do so knowing that our sessions are confidential.
Through our team's training and experience we will work together to have a better understanding of what is going on and find solutions together to help you reach the goals you are striving for. Our clients are motivated, higher functioning individuals and couples committed to learning more about themselves, growing, and resolving issues that are holding them back. Our style is warm. We are straightforward while being compassionate and empathic. We are action–oriented and encouraging without being confrontational or pressuring.
