🔥🏕️🪵 Campfire Conversations:
Getting Comfortable with the Uncomfortable
Workshop Description
Sex and sexuality are an integral part of the human experience, yet many therapists receive limited training on how to discuss these topics with confidence. Personal values, cultural messages, clinical experience, and implicit biases can all influence our comfort level, often leading to missed opportunities for deeper assessment, stronger therapeutic relationships, and more affirming care.
This experiential workshop invites participants to explore their own relationship with discomfort while developing greater confidence in discussing sexuality in clinical practice. Rather than focusing solely on theory or diagnosis, participants will engage in interactive activities, reflection, small-group discussion, and experiential exercises designed to increase self-awareness and reduce shame around conversations about sex.
Together, we will examine how our beliefs, assumptions, and biases can influence clinical decision-making and client interactions. Topics may include sexual values, kink and BDSM, consensual non-monogamy, LGBTQ+ identities, sexual functioning, pleasure, and the language we use when discussing intimacy with clients. The emphasis is not on becoming an expert in every aspect of sexuality, but on developing the curiosity, humility, and clinical presence needed to have authentic conversations without avoidance or judgment.
Set around the relaxed atmosphere of a campfire, this workshop is designed to foster connection, curiosity, and a willingness to lean into discomfort. Come prepared to laugh, reflect, challenge yourself, and leave with practical tools for navigating one of the most important, and often least talked about, aspects of the human experience.

🥑🧠💗 Responding to the Four Hungers:
Integrating Mind–Body Skills for Eating Disorder and Disordered Eating Treatment
Workshop Description
This presentation explores the four types of hunger: physical, emotional, behavioral, and hedonic, as introduced in Laura Cipullo's The Women's Health Body Clock and applies this framework to the assessment and treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. Drawing on principles from Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal-informed practices, and mindfulness, this session provides practical, neurobiologically informed strategies for addressing the complex drivers of eating behavior. Attendees will learn how to match specific mind-body skills to each hunger type to strengthen interoceptive awareness, support emotion regulation, and increase behavioral flexibility. Special consideration will be given to adapting these interventions across stages of eating disorder recovery, when hunger and fullness cues are often unreliable, feared, or misinterpreted.
Participants will also be introduced to a structured, CBT-informed food and skills log that integrates the four hunger types with targeted therapeutic interventions to support collaborative treatment planning. Through clinical examples and brief experiential exercises, attendees will develop practical tools to differentiate hunger states, reduce shame surrounding eating behaviors, and promote values-based, recovery-oriented decision-making. This integrative framework supports trauma-informed, ethical, and inclusive care across diverse eating disorder presentations.

🧘♀️🌿✨ Sensing In: Movement to Meditation
Workshop Description
The session begins with a brief movement-based mindfulness activity. Participants pair up and walk a short distance either barefoot or with their eyes closed, guided by their partner. This tactile experience is designed to draw their attention to sensory input that they might not typically notice in everyday life. The activity then transitions into a seated, guided meditation accompanied by music, allowing participants to deepen their awareness and carry the heightened sense of presence into a more reflective practice.

🎤🤪✨ TalentLESS Show
Workshop Description
Got a party trick? A weird skill nobody asked for? Or something you are famously, spectacularly bad at? We want to see it!
This isn't a talent show. It's a talentLESS show. Juggle three things badly. Sing off-key on purpose. Show us the interpretive dance you do when no one's watching. Attempt a cartwheel you have no business attempting. If you've got an actual talent, bring it but half the fun here is watching your fellow clinicians be gloriously, unashamedly bad at something in front of a campfire full of people who will love them for it anyway.
No auditions. No judges. No pressure. Just sign up, show up, and let us cheer you on either way.
Because vulnerability isn't just something we talk about in session.
Cirque Lodge is a private residential treatment center in the Utah mountains for substance use and co-occurring mental health needs. The brand combines clinical care, trauma-informed recovery, experiential therapy, family involvement, 12-step work, and a restorative mountain environment.

💪🏃♀️☀️ Workout Class
Workshop Description
Join Alyssa for a group workout, using primarily bodyweight movements. If you can pick up your groceries, lift a bag of dog food, or carry a squirming toddler, you're already an athlete. Our class flow includes introductions, a workout overview, warmup, movement review/coaching, our workout, and a cool-down session. The goal here is twofold: to remember that we can do hard things, and to be reminded that we never have to do hard things alone.
On the fence about jumping into this class? Come find Alyssa and chat one-on-one! You'll discover that it's really, really bad for business to hurt or humiliate you. This is all about moving our bodies in a way that is empowering and fun.
