What We Focus On
This ongoing group explores the patterns, behaviors, and underlying dynamics that impact your relationship with sex and intimacy. Topics include:

Understanding your personal patterns and why they keep repeating

How early experiences shape attachment, needs, and connection

The ways we avoid intimacy with ourselves and others

Identifying unhealthy cycles, including addictive or compulsive behaviors

What healthy relationships and intimacy actually look like

Building a practical path toward more connection, honesty, and control

How Joining Works
Start with a brief consultation to make sure the group is a good fit.
A 30 minute individual assessment will be required for new clients.
New members are thoughtfully integrated into the existing group.

Diana Garcia, MFT Intern
Diana Garcia is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and a second-year graduate student at Touro University, training under the supervision of Evangelos Daniels, LCSW, CSAT, and Gary Katz, LCSW, CSAT. Her work is grounded in understanding interpersonal dynamics and the complexities of human relationships. Diana collaborates with clients to develop deeper and healthier intimacy with themselves and others while focusing on transforming intimacy avoidant behaviors that hinder connection or negatively impact relationships.
Diana blends her compassionate nature with clinical expertise to create a safe and nurturing environment for healing. Her focus on intimacy dynamics, relational issues, and cultural responsiveness allows clients to navigate their challenges and foster meaningful relationships. Whether addressing betrayal trauma, intimacy avoidance, or patterns of disconnection, Diana collaborates with clients to guide them toward self-discovery and lasting change.
