Francine, embodies the role of a Psychotherapist with her unique and comprehensive approach to healing. With a focus on holistic and integrative methods, Francine understands the importance of nurturing the body, mind, and spirit in order to achieve true restoration.

 

Drawing from a diverse range of therapies including Somatic, Cognitive, and Experiential approaches, Francine skillfully combines various modalities to create a harmonious and effective healing experience for her clients. She strongly believes in the synergy of these different paths, recognizing their complementary nature on the journey towards complete wellness. Moreover, Francine has received specialized training in assisting women on their healing journey, particularly in areas such as trauma, relational wounds, eating disorders, disordered eating patterns, grief, and loss. Her expertise in these realms allows her to provide tailored support and guidance to individuals seeking solace and transformation.

 

As a BIPOC provider, Francine brings a profound sense of cultural humility, inclusivity, and empowerment to her therapeutic relationships. Recognizing the unique experiences and backgrounds of each individual, she creates a safe and welcoming environment where diverse perspectives are honored and celebrated.

 

A native New Yorker, Francine completed her education at the prestigious Rutgers Graduate School of Social Work in 2012, earning her LCSW credentials in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Francine is an invaluable asset to our team, dedicated to helping individuals embark on a transformative healing journey towards a brighter future.
